In 2011 I was a fairly recent widower and decided I wanted a change of scenery. They described in detail how to market a house in a retirement community, catering to an older clients who may not use the internet. At our initial meeting with Mike & Liz McKee they sat down with us and explained how the process would work, the current market place, how McKee/Kubakso Group would list & show our home. Mike explained how our home & property would be photographed. He said they also had an excellent cinematographer, who would prepare a video tour of interior & exterior of our home in addition to the photographs. Liz walked with us into every room and gave advice on what items would be best removed for video filming and staging. Their knowledge of the real estate market and presentation of all the real estate materials was very professional done. Both are great communicators and made you feel at ease to ask any questions you might have.
